We offer it "plain," or in the "Pizzata" variant with the addition of tomato, anchovies, capers, oregano, and garlic oil.
It's a thin layer of hand-stretched dough, filled with Stracchino cheese and covered with a second layer of dough.
A few minutes in a high-temperature oven, and the magic is complete!
