Years ago, a chef from Liguria decided to let us taste his specialty.

It was love at first bite!

From that moment, we decided to offer it to our guests as a main dish or to share with an aperitif or a bottle of wine...

We offer it "plain," or in the "Pizzata" variant with the addition of tomato, anchovies, capers, oregano, and garlic oil.

It's a thin layer of hand-stretched dough, filled with Stracchino cheese and covered with a second layer of dough.

A few minutes in a high-temperature oven, and the magic is complete!
